Position
Administrative Assistant

Summary
This full-time position involves handling order processing, customer support, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and light bookkeeping. The role requires a responsible individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a small business environment.  Candidates who are accompanying spouses of expatriates are also welcome to apply.

Essential Duties

• Process customer orders and perform accurate data entry

• Manage inventory, including product receiving, packaging, and shipping (up to 50lb)

• Provide customer support in coordination with account sales team members

• Handle general office tasks and clerical duties as needed

• Perform light bookkeeping using Excel and QuickBooks

• Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation

• Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers and phone systems
