Position
Senior Accountant (Japanese Bilingual)

Summary
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as providing accounting-related consulting services to our clients. Work closely with the Accounting Manager to provide high-quality service to clients. 

Essential Duties
​​​​・Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
・Prepare and review general ledger entries and reconcile accounts
・Prepare and review journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and depreciation
・Provide bookkeeping and payroll services for clients
・Assist with company set-up and incorporation services for clients
・Perform internal control testing support and internal audit support services for clients 
・Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and regulatory requirements, including GAAP and tax regulations
・ Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes
・Review and analyze financial data and provide insights to the Accounting Manager
・Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
 ・Participate in the preparation of audit schedules and support the internal and external audit process
・Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax requirements
・Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
