Position
Service/Logistics Coordinator

Summary
The Service/Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating repair and calibration service requests, processing orders, managing shipping activities, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, customers, and headquarters in Japan. In the future, the scope may expand to include demo unit shipments and related logistics support.

Essential Duties

• Receive and process repair and calibration service requests from customers

• Coordinate service orders, including Sales Order creation and payment confirmation

• Manage shipping schedules, documentation, and delivery follow-ups

• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure timely and accurate service execution

• Collaborate with Japan headquarters for service coordination, reporting, and issue resolution

• Support logistics operations related to demo units and other company items, as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, logistics, or related field

• Experience in order management, logistics coordination, or customer service preferred

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Fluency in English required; business-level proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) required for effective communication with headquarters in Japan

• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) experience is a plus

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
