【Position】
Facility Manager or Senior Manager – Plastic Products Manufacturing

【Summary】
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the planning, construction, and operational setup of our new and expanding plastic products manufacturing facilities. This role will oversee all aspects of facility development—from site preparation and equipment installation to ensuring optimal production efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Facility Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and senior management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

【Essential Duties】

• Lead the facility planning, design, and construction process for new manufacturing plants and expansions.

• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of production equipment for plastic product manufacturing.

• Ensure all facility infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, water, compressed air, waste management, etc.) meets operational requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineering firms to ensure timely project delivery.

• Develop and implement facility maintenance programs to ensure long-term operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and other applicable standards.

• Manage facility budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Support production teams during ramp-up phases to achieve optimal manufacturing performance.

• Identify and implement facility improvements to increase productivity, safety, and sustainability.

• Oversee facility-related vendor relationships and service contracts.

【Qualifications】

• Minimum 5–7 years of facility management experience in a manufacturing environment (plastic product manufacturing preferred).

• Proven track record of managing plant construction, start-up, and expansion projects.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing utilities, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work on-site and travel as needed for project supervision.
