Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and modify mold parts to specifications.
  • Program CNC mills and lathes using CAM software.
  • Set up and operate CNC and manual machines.
  • Assemble, polish, and modify molds.
  • Maintain CNC machines and equipment.
  • Handle raw materials and generate SOPs.
  • Communicate with vendors and provide in-house training.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a technical field with machining concentration OR 2-3 years related experience in mold manufacturing.
  • Experience with CNC lathe and/or CNC high-speed machining centers preferred.
  • Knowledge of G-code/M-code preferred.
  • Experience with manual lathe, manual mill, and surface grinding preferred.
  • Experience in mold assembly, maintenance, polishing, and repair preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites.

Travel:  Less than 10%​​​​​​​

Salary Range: Starting at $23 DOE
