Summary
​​​​​​​We are seeking a Remote Sales specializing in automotive thermal management solutions. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities with U.S. Big3 automakers(Ford Motor, General Motors Stellantis) and their suppliers, leveraging connections and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is highly independent, aggressive, and goal-oriented—a true hunter type—capable of driving results in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision. Technical support will be provided from headquarters, so the key mission is to open doors and expand relationships with Big3 accounts. Short-term engagement is possible, and senior or retired professionals are welcome.

Essential Duties ​​​​

  • Drive new business development for innovative automotive hoses using advanced materials.
  • Focus sales efforts on U.S. Big3 automakers and related Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Build and expand customer relationships, leveraging connections with Big3 purchasing and engineering teams.
  • Work closely with HQ technical teams to provide engineering and thermal management support.
  • Conduct remote sales activities, with occasional in-person meetings or business trips as required.
  • Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to headquarters.
Working Hours, Working style
​​​​​​​Working Hours: Flexible, generally aligned with U.S. business hours
(reference HQ operation: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm CT).
Working Style: Fully Remote ​​​​​​​(occasional travel for client meetings/interviews)

Salary/Benefit
$200,000-250,000

Qualifications
  • ​​​​​​Direct connections with Big3 (GM, Ford, Stellantis) are highly preferred.
  • Strong background in automotive Thermal Management systems.
  • ​​​​​​​Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment, showing strong self-motivation and accountability.
  • Proven track record of business development or sales in the automotive sector.
  • Thermal Management knowledge preferred
