A Japanese IT Company is seeking seeking a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with RPA tools like Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism and a strong understanding of process automation and scripting. Those who can commute to our offices in Manhattan, NY or Torrance, LA will work in a hybrid arrangement, coming into the office three days a week. 【Position】
Power Platform Consultant/RPA Developer -Japanese Bilingual

【Summary】
A Japanese IT Company is seeking seeking a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to optimize business processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience with RPA tools like Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism and a strong understanding of process automation and scripting.

【Essential Duties】
•Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
•Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions.
•Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
•Maintain and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure stability and performance.
•Document automation workflows and provide training to users when necessary.
•Ensure RPA solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.
•Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology.

【Working Hours, Working style】
9:00-17:00（Hybrid work / 2-3 days in the office per week)
This role will involve working closely with Japanese clients, with about half of the week spent on-site at client locations. Weekly meetings with client representatives based in Japan are also expected, which may result in occasional overtime.

Manhattan, NY or Torrance, CA: Hybrid work in office 3times/week,
other locations: remote
Biz trip: As requested(about 1week/time)

【Salary, Benefit】

【Qualifications】
•Experience with Power Automate Desktop RPA tool is ideal, but other RPA tool experience is still a huge plus (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
•Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, VBA).
•Knowledge of process analysis and optimization techniques.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
•Fluency in Japanese.
