You will be responsible for coordinating change and release management in the areas of IT applications and infrastructure. This position is not limited to coordination tasks—it also involves actively contributing to the development and maintenance of processes and standard documentation, as well as engaging in hands-on operational work as needed. You will be working as part of a nine-member team, supporting the team lead as their right hand, and are expected to take initiative in identifying issues and driving process improvements. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with ITIL are essential for this role. Additionally, experience in software development would be a significant plus.
