Bilingual Media Coordinator (Production & Marketing)

Summary
Our client company is a rapidly growing creative agency seeking a dynamic and versatile Bilingual Media Coordinator to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who is passionate about bridging Japanese and US markets through compelling video content and strategic marketing. You will play a key role in producing high-quality video projects and executing innovative marketing campaigns, supporting two of our top producers in a fast-paced, creative environment. Essential Duties (Subject to Change)

• Marketing & Strategy: Research and develop innovative marketing ideas for potential projects, and support the creation of compelling pitch decks and reports for ongoing campaigns.
• Project Management: Assist in managing a diverse range of projects, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, influencer marketing, live events, and brand video creation.
• Content & Communications: Manage and create engaging content for client social media accounts and handle communications with external vendors.
• ​​​​​​​Video Production Coordination: Produce and coordinate commercials (CMs), music videos (MVs), branded entertainment, and other video projects, collaborating closely with our Tokyo office and a network of US-based creators.
• Full-Cycle Production Support: Consistently handle all aspects of production, including location scouting, casting, staffing, and research for projects targeting Japanese clients.

Working Hours, Working style
Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 19:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch)

• Hybrid Remote (4 days a week in office) or Fully Remote can be considered depending on your experience

Qualifications

• Associate or ​​​​​​​Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video production coordination and/or marketing, preferably within an agency setting or working with Japanese clients is highly preferred
• High level of professional proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
• A genuine passion for marketing, advertising, and Japanese culture, with a strong desire to connect it with US audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and a strong understanding of social media trends, pop culture, and digital marketing.
• Must currently hold legal status to work in the United States.
