Position
Japanese-Bilingual Logistics Coordinator

Summary
A Japanese trading company is hiring a bilingual Logistics Coordinator who is proficient in both Japanese and English. This role primarily involves the coordination of communication between their overseas office and local suppliers.

Essential Duties
・Data Entry into our system of items received by our freight forwarders.
・Email Communication between all concerned parties.
・Sending shipping instructions to our freight forwarders.

Salary & Benefits
$​​​​​50K - 55K ＋ Bonus twice a year ( Summer and Winter )

Working Hours & Style
Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ( 1 hour paid lunch )
Work in the office 3.5 days per week after 3 months probation period (  No guarantee )

Qualifications
・ Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)
・ Knowledgeable in Microsoft office
・ No previous experience is required, but minimum office software skills are necessary.
・ Must be able to work in a team environment
・ Ability to communicate effectively with both local and international teams
・ Be able to adapt and learn quickly
・ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
・ Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
