Position
Marketing Assistant

Summary
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department with various tasks and projects, including content creation, social media management, data analysis, and executing both digital and physical marketing efforts. The position also involves being the point of contact for media inquiries, filming requests, event collaborations, and donation requests. Additionally, this role ensures the quality control of all marketing communications, including website content, print materials, and other promotional materials. 

Essential Duties
・Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including
social media, email, website, and physical store marketing (mall ads, in-store signage).
・Coordinate the production, design, and placement of in-store signage and displays that align with
brand guidelines and current promotions.
・Act as the point of contact for media inquiries, filming requests, event collaborations, and donation requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
・Assist in managing partnerships for event collaborations, including coordinating logistics and
promotional materials.
・Help with the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
・Ensure the accuracy and quality of information across all digital and print marketing materials,
including website content, brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
・Perform research on industry trends, competitors, and potential marketing opportunities.
・Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
・Facilitate cross-departmental communication to announce ongoing promotions
・Maintain relations with all store General Managers and vendors
・Visit store locations and assist with all marketing-related materials
・Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and priorities are effectively managed.
・Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
・Other tasks as assigned by Executive/Marketing

Working Hours, Working style
9:00~18:00  (Non-Exempt)

$21/hr~$22/hr

Qualifications
・1-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing or equivalent
・Excellent communication and task management skills
・Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of all content.
・Strong team player and able to work autonomously and demonstrate a forward-thinking mentality in a fast-paced environment.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
・Knowledge and experience working with all relevant social media platforms (e.g. Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X)
・Knowledge of engagement metrics is a PLUS.
・Website content management and digital marketing experience is a PLUS.
・Travel to various sites is required, averaging once a month.
・Local travel by car is necessary.
・ Some domestic travel will occur for customer-facing events, such as conventions and store
grand openings.
