Position
IT Business Analyst in Electronic Trading for Global Markets

Summary
This role is based in New York, US. Visa/Work Permit could be offered to the eligible candidates.

Essential Duties
•Provide system support for clients requiring assistance with e-Trading in Global Markets
•Prioritize production incidents following business impact
•Identify product and feature requirements to meet client needs
•Liaise between SaaS package vendors and clients to organize and clarify system requirements
•Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders

Working Hours, Working Style
9:00~18:00, Hybrid

Working Location
Clients' onsite (​​​​​​​New York, Grand Central Area, and New Jersey, Jersey City Area)

Salary/Benefit
90K~150K

Qualifications
​​​​​​​•3+ years of experience in the Global Markets domain
•Excellent understanding of Data analysis
•Extensive Agile experience, including Kanban methods using JIRA and Confluence
•Proficiency in FX Products, especially SPOT, SWAP and Forward
•Proficiency in both Japanese and English
•Familiarity with Q/KDB is a strong advantage
•Ability to develop and manage client relationships
•Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and in team environments
