Summary
 Responsibilities include driving sales, providing great customer service, and leading a sales team. Key duties involve goal setting, team motivation, training, sales analysis, customer meetings, inventory management, market development, workflow maintenance, travel, hiring assistance, and ensuring policy compliance.

Essential Duties
 We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
•    Lead and motivate a team of sales to achieve sales goals.
•    Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the sales team.
•    Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
•    Make customer meeting plan and create meeting agenda/material.
•    Assist in stock management, including inventory control and replenishment.
•    Be responsible for market development, enlarging and safeguarding operations network.
•    Be responsible for maintaining and developing departmental workflow according to ISO requirement.
•    Adapt to short/long distance travels based on business requirements.
•    Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new sales.
•    Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
