Position
Outside Sales Representative

Summary 
An aircraft trading company is seeking a Japanese-English billingual Outside Sales Representative. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with their existing and potential clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including conducting face-to-face meetings, staying updated on market trends, identifying and pursuing new clients, and attending industry events. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating sales reports, scheduling appointments, creating quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to their customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Travel all over the world to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels
• Research competitor’s products and pricing as well as market conditions and analyze sales / history and plan a better approach to key customers
• Generate and submit sales reports and business trip report to management
• Schedule appointments with clients and prospective customers via phone call or email
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to connect with prospective customers and network with other sales professionals
• Create quotes based on multiple market data and follow up customers requests
• Process sales orders and manage to deliver the parts to our customers in time with all the necessary documents to achieve sales goal
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time, including after hours
   

Working Hours & Style
Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm + OT as needed
Hybrid remote option available following a three-month introductory period

$46K -57K DOE, Non-Exempt

Qualifications

• ​​​​​​​4+ years or more of outside sales knowledge and experience
• Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English and Japanese.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English and Japanese.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English and Japanese.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.
• Ability to apply knowledge and sense of understanding to carry-out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations. Other skills
• Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.
• Must be able to use a computer and applications soft as Microsoft Windows/Office etc.
