Regional Human Resources Manager

We are urgently seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager based in Wisconsin with the ability to travel to Pennsylvania about once per period (30–40% travel). Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish, have 3–5 years of experience in employee relations and employment law, and at least 1 year of experience in benefits and leave management. Prior multi-state HR experience and direct report management are required. Job hoppers will not be considered—we are looking for someone with stable, long-term experience.
