Position
Quality Assurance Supervisor (Logistics & Assembly)​​​​​​​

Summary
​​​​​​​We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee and drive quality initiatives across both our logistics and assembly (DEF Tank) divisions. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in line with industry best practices and compliance standards.


Essential Duties
​​​​​​​Logistics Division
•    Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures for warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory handling, and packaging.
•    Conduct regular audits of inbound and outbound logistics processes.
•    Monitor supplier performance and incoming quality control.
•    Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for customer complaints or logistics issues.
•    Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other applicable logistics standards.
Assembly Division (DEF Tank)
•    Oversee product quality control throughout the DEF tank assembly process.
•    Ensure conformance to technical drawings, specifications, and performance requirements.
•    Conduct in-process and final inspections.
•    Lead quality gate and FAI reviews.
•    Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), implement CAPA, and drive continual improvement in production.
Cross-Divisional Duties
•    Lead internal audits, manage document control, and ensure ISO9001 and other relevant quality certifications are upheld.
•    Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality across both divisions.
•    Coordinate training and continuous education of staff on quality standards and tools.
•    Report quality performance to senior management with actionable insights.
•    Implement and manage quality tools including 5 Why, 8D, FMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​•    Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
•    Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in both logistics and manufacturing/assembly.
•    Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems, audit processes, and CAPA.
•    Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, and other process improvement methodologies.
•    Experience using quality management software and Microsoft 365 Suite.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills.

​​​​​​​ Preferred Qualifications
•    Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
•    Forklift operation certification.
•    Familiarity with DEF Tank or automotive components.
•    Project management experience or PMP certification is a plus.
