Sales and Marketing Manager

Summary

Seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to serve as the face of a premium home services brand within the local community. This role is well-suited for a self-motivated individual who thrives on building personal connections and making a meaningful impact on the lives of homeowners, particularly seniors and busy professionals. The representative will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence through referral relationship development, brand promotion, and sales execution.

Essential Duties

• Build and Maintain Referral Relationships:
  Visit and build trust with local professionals such as:

  • Healthcare providers (e.g., hospitals, clinics, physicians, and nurses)

  • Senior care operators (e.g., nursing homes, home care agencies)

  • Real estate agents and relocation specialists
    Educate them on the value of professional handyman services for their clients.

• Promote Brand Awareness:
  Represent the home services industry professionally at local events, senior expos, and networking groups.
  Provide clear and timely communication to both prospective clients and referral partners.

• Sales & Customer Engagement:
  Conduct in-home or onsite presentations tailored to customers’ needs.
  Respond to inquiries, prepare accurate service estimates, and conduct timely follow-ups.
  Focus on customer satisfaction to drive referrals and repeat business.

• Achieve Sales Goals:
  Collaborate with management to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  Maintain organized records of sales activity, lead sources, and outcomes.

Working Hours / Working Style

• Full-time or part-time options available

• Flexible schedule, including availability for occasional evening or weekend events

• Field-based position with local travel to client homes and partner offices

• Autonomous work style with performance metrics and regular check-ins

Working Location

• Primarily based in Flower Mound, TX, with regular travel throughout the surrounding community

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles (home services, real estate, or healthcare preferred)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

• Comfortable conducting in-person meetings with clients and referral sources

Preferred:

• Experience working with senior clientele or in senior-related industries

• Familiarity with the Flower Mound area and surrounding communities

• Basic knowledge of handyman, maintenance, or home service offerings

• Ability to communicate in Spanish or another local language is a plus
