Position
 Project Launch Specialist
Summary
Responsible for supporting new project launches and the transition to mass production. Serves
as a liaison between customers and suppliers, sharing technical and quality information,
managing progress, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth execution. Oversees
the process from prototype to mass production, managing schedules based on customer
deadlines and product specifications, and assisting with estimating and streamlining operations.
Essential Duties
・Progress Management and Tech Review Support for Active Projects
・Monitor the progress of projects handled by the sales team, engaging in the project from the
tech review phase and supporting preparations for launch.
・Coordinate with customers and suppliers to finalize product specifications, technical requirements,
and pricing, ensuring smooth preparation for project launch.
・Liaison with Customers and Suppliers
・Address customer inquiries related to project launch.
・Gather and share necessary technical and quality information from suppliers to customers.
・Handle price negotiations, delivery timelines, and other adjustments between customers and
suppliers, and keep records of parts specifications and changes.
・Prototype to Mass Production Launch Planning and Execution
・Oversee the process from prototype to mass production, ensuring seamless progression.
・Collaborate with sales assistants, quality control teams, and warehouse teams to coordinate task
progress across departments.
・C reate and manage schedules based on customer deadlines and product specifications.
・Warehouse and Packaging Coordination
・Confirm customer requirements for packaging labels and specifications, and suggest
improvements when necessary.
・Work with the warehouse team to ensure that packaging and shipping preparations for orders
are completed accurately and on time.
・Collaboration and Operational Support with the Sales Team
・Assist the sales team in the estimation process for new projects by organizing and confirming
required information.
・Understand customer specifications, deadlines, and technical requirements, helping to adjust the
pricing and coordinating with suppliers to provide necessary data for quotations.
・Perform final adjustments on quotations and support customer submission processes.
・Lessen the operational burden on the sales team, especially for tasks related to mass production
launches, and take the lead on relevant support activities.
・Communication with Customers and Suppliers
・Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring accurate information is exchanged
regarding product details and processes.
・Conduct regular meetings (either in-person or online) to review launch progress and provide
updates.
・Share progress updates with stakeholders and coordinate necessary adjustments.
Internal Coordination and Collaboration with Global Teams
・Collaborate closely with quality control teams, sales assistants, and warehouse teams to share
updates on order progress.
・Coordinate with overseas teams, such as those in Vietnam and Japan, to support global progress
management for projects​​​​​​​

Qualifications
​​​​​​​Experience or knowledge in project management (preferred).
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and packaging specifications (preferred).
Strong multitasking ability, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Japanese and English (bilingual proficiency preferred).
