Summary

Our company is a trusted supplier of high-quality cutting tools, known for fostering long-term client relationships. This role focuses on maintaining and strengthening existing customer connections while identifying new business opportunities through strategic product recommendations. The position offers flexibility for remote work but requires regular engagement with clients in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. Visa sponsorship is available.

Essential Duties

• Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups, primarily in the Knoxville, TN area.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and uncover new sales opportunities.
• Travel periodically to company headquarters in Georgia and Greenville, South Carolina.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales activity updates.

Working Hours & Work Style

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Remote work flexibility (client visits required).
• Preference for candidates residing near Knoxville, Tennessee, to facilitate client engagement.

Working Location

• Primary client area: Knoxville, Tennessee, and surrounding regions.
• Headquarters: Georgia.
• Travel locations: Greenville, South Carolina, and other areas as needed.

• Annual salary: Up to $80,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in business English.
• Japanese language proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of cutting tools or the manufacturing industry is a plus.
