Outside Sales Representative for a Machinery and Tools Trading Company

Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our specialized machinery and tools trading company. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships and driving sales of manufacturing parts and Factory Automation (FA) solutions. This role involves direct engagement with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering customized solutions from leading brands such as FANUC and Omron. Essential Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions using our manufacturing and FA products.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

• Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our products.

Working Hours and Style

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings.

• Remote work permitted up to 5 days per year (total of 40 hours).

Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary: $50,000 to $60,000

• Performance bonuses twice a year, up to two months' salary each time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred

• Sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical field

• Corporate sales experience preferred

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Proficiency in using CRM software
