Sales Administrative Assistant (Inside Sales)

Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales operations. This role is essential in assisting with the sale of manufacturing parts and contributing to the growth of our Factory Automation (FA) business. Essential Duties

• Provide daily support for sales operations, including order processing, customer service, and communication.
• Manage sales data and inventory using the company’s proprietary system.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Supervisor, assisting with various sales-related tasks.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Handle a variety of parts used in factory automation projects.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve quarterly sales targets and incentives.

Working Hours and Style

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Remote work allowed up to 5 days per year (totaling 40 hours).
• No flexible working hours.

Salary and Benefits

• $16 per hour
• Performance bonuses twice a year, up to two months’ salary each time.
• Quarterly sales incentives ranging from $1,000 to $1,300, based on performance.
• Opportunity for an incentive trip to Japan after 5 years of service.
• Additional incentive trips to destinations like Europe or Cancun, based on profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Japanese language proficiency is preferred
• New graduates are welcome; OPT not accepted.
• Experience in a trading company or proposal-based sales is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
