ERP Engineer
Summary
Responsible for selecting manufacturers, overseeing the construction, and managing the maintenance of the ERP system.
Essential Duties

• Process Customer Forecasts for.
  • Production Planning/Scheduling
  • Purchase Order Creation (  based on forecast and inventory)
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Supplier Performance (track of the shipment against order)
  • Raw Material Tracking (Scheduled Deliveries, etc.)
• Accurate Inventory Control
  • Bills of Material & Part Routings(price of components and materials, and sale price )
  • Raw Material Processing
  • Purchase Receipts
  • Bar Code Scanning(if back order happens how do we process)  or  manual input
  • Backflushing based on Production Reporting
  • Manufacturing Parts Processing
  • Production Receipts
  • Shipping/Sales
  • Backflushing based on Production Reporting
  • Safety Stock ( can be changed by manual)
  • Scrap Rates (how outsource company deal with?)
• Integrate with Existing Systems
  • Production Reporting (Excel/CSV Export-Import)
