Order Shipping Process Manager

Essential Duties​​​

  • Receiving Management: Oversee the receiving of imported and domestic goods, coordinate shipments, verify invoice accuracy, allocate shipping charges, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Shipping Oversight: Ensure on-time delivery, manage shipping orders, communicate with Sales, implement shipping methods and customer routing guides, and maintain shipping-related logs.

  • Inventory Control: Supervise cycle counts, inventory movements, physical inventories, and year-end counts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Department Leadership: Manage hiring, training, performance evaluations, compliance with standards (e.g., C-TPAT, ISO), and departmental operations, including goal setting and employee development.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Work with accounting and other departments to resolve issues, oversee customer invoicing, monitor shipping performance metrics, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

$80k - $100k

Qualifications
  • ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in shipping/receiving or a similar environment
  • Proficiency in inventory systems, planning, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management practices
  • Experience with forklift operation and warehouse leadership
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Project management expertise, including budget tracking
  • Proven ability in inbound and outbound warehouse operations​​​​​​​
