Position
Inside Sale Specialist

Summary
The US subsidiary of a Japanese manufacturer of high-performance lubricating grease requires a position of an Inside Sales Specialist. The company is the leading manufacturer in Japan for high end products as well as providing high quality control. The Company acts as a distributor of our products to North and South America. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager of the subsidiary. 

Essential Duties
The Individual must have the capabilities of: 
-  Accurately entering orders into the main operating system 
- Sending order acknowledgements to customers. 
-  Reviewing order fulfillment status 
- Sending shipment instructions to our warehouses 
- Checking product availability and supply 
-  Providing tracking information to customers 
-  Forecasting import and domestic production with customer orders 
- Answering phone calls and emails 

Examples of daily tasks 
- Answering phone calls and emails 
- Overseeing shipments from our warehouses 
-  Analyzing and approving test results from our contracted manufacturers 

Working Hours, Working style
​​​​​​- Working Hours 08:30-17:30 (1 Hour for lunch)

Qualifications
- 4 Year Degree 
- Preferred experience in supply chain and procurement 
- Knowledge and experience in working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) 
- Must be detail orientated 
- Excellent oral/written communication skills 
- Good teamwork with external and internal members.
