Job Description

Position: Warehouse Team Leader

Summary: The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations and leading a team to ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will hold a valid forklift certification and possess strong computer skills for managing inventory systems. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. Management experience is preferred but not required, as candidates without it may be considered for a Sub-Leader role.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations
• Operate and maintain forklifts
• Manage inventory using QWeb (Quest Web) and CargoWise 2025 systems
• Lead and mentor team members, including supervising six team leaders
• Ensure workplace safety and recommend improvements
• Manage daily schedules and workforce allocation
• Implement processes to ensure quality and inventory accuracy

Working Hours, Working Style:

• Shift-based schedule:
  • 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Working Location:

• Talmo, GA

Salary/Benefits:

• Annual salary: $50,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)

  • Vacation days based on tenure:
    • 1-2 years: 5 days
    • 3-5 years: 10 days

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Valid forklift certification required
• Experience with QWeb and CargoWise 2025 is preferred
• Management experience is preferred but not required (candidates without it may be considered for a Sub-Leader role)
• Spanish and/or Japanese language skills are a plus
