【Position】Customer Service (Vietnamese and English Bilingual)

【Working Hours, Working style】8am to 4pm,  Show-room and backoffice, no remote

【Working Location】Downtown LA, CA

【Salary, Benefit】$22-23/hr, PPO Medical insurance, sick leave, paid vacation, 401k

【Summary】 Providing great customer service to individuals at a show-room

【Essential Duties& Qualifications】
  ​​​​​​

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote seasonable products by educating customers
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issueseturns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

• Oversee shipping and receiving; ensure goods are shipped accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure inter-store transfers are processed correctly
• Responsible for maintaining and replacing inventory levels of all store supplies (i.e. shopping bags, sales receipts, tissue paper and all other materials necessary)
• some administrative jobs may occur at the back of the show-room
