【Position】
  Payroll Specialist

【Summary】
 In this role, you will process over 200 employee's payroll semi-monthly and once a month for expats at multistate level.   

【Essential Duties】
•Payroll is primary job task. 
• Manage reporting of payroll changes, tax information, and other essential data required for payroll, coordinating efficiently
 with external service vendors.  
• Liaise with accounting firms for tax returns as directed by the HR/GA manager. 
• Handle payroll deductions for employee benefits. 
• Enter new hire information and employee changes into ADP Workforce Now (WFN), and maintain employee personnel files. 
• Organize and secure all personnel and confidential documents in respective folders on ADP Workforce Now (WFN).

【Qualifications】
•Associate or bachelor’s degree in administration or business or a related field.
• 2+ years’ of ADP Workforce Now (WFN)  experience
• 5+ years’ experience in an office support or administrative role is ideal.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
