Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager at our lift manufacturing facility in the United States is responsible for effectively overseeing product storage, retrieval, and distribution processes to ensure smooth operations. The role involves optimizing warehouse efficiency and establishing effective logistics strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

   • Ensure the receipt, storage, and management of inventory.
   • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
   • Address shortages or excess stock, securing a steady supply of products.

2. Order Fulfillment:

   • Process and pack orders efficiently, ensuring timely shipments.
   • Optimize the picking process to ensure accurate delivery to the right customers.

3. Logistics Strategy:

   • Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective logistics strategies.
   • Build cooperative relationships with appropriate shipping partners and ensure an effective transportation network.

4. Team Leadership:

   • Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff.
   • Monitor team performance and implement improvement measures as needed.

5. Safety and Compliance:

   • Ensure adherence to company safety standards and legal compliance.
   • Maintain a regulatory-compliant working environment, prioritizing the safety and well-being of employees.

6. Reporting:

   • Submit regular reports to senior management, analyzing warehouse performance.
   • Report issues and propose improvements, supporting adjustments to the overall strategy.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in warehouse management (experience in the lift industry is desirable).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of safety standards and legal compliance.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
