【Position】
Sr. Human Resource Technology & Analytics Analyst(Temp)

【Summary】
The Temp Sr. Human Resource Technology & Analytics Analyst will support and maintain the organization's HRT&A (HRIS) applications and modules in SAP Success Factors. This is a functional role within the existing HRT&A team. This role will predominantly be focused on new project activities (enhancements to Success Factors like recruitment, succession & people stories) as well as daily operations related to but not limited to maintaining Data, annual HR Calendar Projects and reports.
The Success Factors modules used at SCOA are: Employee Central, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning, Onboarding, Succession, Career Development, Reporting/People Stories, Role based security.

【Essential Duties】
-Provide technical and operational support on SAP Success Factors modules.
-Deliver on optimization projects including Gathering business requirement, Testing, Configuration, data auditing, Reporting etc.
-Prepare and own documents, including process flows and test scenarios based on the design.
-Work closely with the existing HRT&A team, wider HR team and business stakeholders on other HRT&A related projects.
-Run process discussions and guide internal customers around best practices.
-Prepare user guides and deliver training sessions to HR Colleagues.
-Work on SAP Success Factors initiatives and related projects such as process design and technical activities required across the full project implementation life cycle.
-Create & maintain reports and people stories/Dashboards for HR department and outside.
-Work on building the interfaces and maintaining them working along with other departments for integration projects.

Hybrid(2-3 days at office)

【Qualifications】
Required:
-Strong Knowledge of SAP Success Factors Employee Central plus good knowledge of other SF Modules preferably like recruitment, succession and people stories.
-Strong knowledge of report & People Stories in SAP Success Factors.
-Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio & other MS products.
-Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
-Must be discrete and maintain the highest confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in handling susceptible data.
-A quick learner.
-Team player with a strong commitment to accomplishing tasks and goals.
-Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible, respectful and able to meet tight deadlines.
-Organized and autonomous, being able to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Education, Certification and Experience:
Required:
-Bachelor's degree preferred in human resources, computer science, or a related field
-4 to 6 years’ of experience with HR systems analysis, configurations and interfaces is a must.
-Experience in at least 2-3 full project lifecycle– e.g recruitment, Compensation, PMGM, Succession etc
-Good experience in project management.

Preferred:
-4+ years of Success Factors experience is highly preferred.
-3+ years of HR analytics experience is highly preferred.
-Success Factors modules Certification-Experience working in global companies.
-Experience in implementation of Data warehouse, Data models and Data visualization is a plus.
