Job Title: Warehouse Operations Team Leader

Job Summary: The Warehouse Operations Team Leader is responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient logistics processes within the warehouse. Serving as a team leader, this role involves providing guidance, supervision, and leadership to warehouse operatives, ensuring accurate and swift warehouse operations in alignment with production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

   • Provide guidance and maintain motivation among team members.
   • Adjust daily work schedules and allocate tasks to ensure productivity.

2. Establishment of Efficient Work Procedures:

   • Develop work procedures and best practices to optimize logistics processes.
   • Ensure adherence to safe and efficient work procedures by warehouse operatives.

3. Inventory Management:

   • Manage inventory processes such as receiving, dispatching, picking, and inspection.
   • Maintain accurate inventory records and provide regular reports.

4. Communication:

   • Ensure smooth communication with superiors and other departments.
   • Facilitate effective information sharing with team members.

5. Troubleshooting:

   • Promptly and effectively address issues or delays within the warehouse.
   • Identify problems based on reports from operatives and propose solutions.

6. Compliance with Safety Regulations:

   • Verify that warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.
   • Conduct safety education and training sessions.

7. Performance Monitoring:

   • Monitor the performance of the team and individual members.
   • Provide feedback and ongoing training to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.
• High awareness of safety regulations and compliance.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes.

• Annual salary between $63,000 and $67,000.
