Job Description

【Position】
Accounting

【Summary】
Reporting to President, the Accounting is responsible for utilizing our personal system to process accounts payable and accounts receivable, create vouchers, and assist with preparation of finance reports including financial statement comparisons and analysis. Also, it will assist to sales and service department for preparing document.

【Essential Duties】

 

• Compile and prepare GAAP compliant consolidated financial statements.
• Perform accounting activities for fixed assets, notes payable and receivable schedules, payroll interface, accruals, bank reconciliations, purchase order clearing and general accounting functions.
• Lead accounts payable department and purchase card program.
• Monitor daily cash management.
• Prepare multi-state sales and use tax
• Assist in preparation of annual budget.
• Prepare financial data as requested from senior staff.
• Responsible for annual audit preparatory requirements.
• Perform all duties and assist all departments as needed
• Prepares the reports for sales and inventory transactions which details the sales and purchase transaction. And create and process vendor purchase order and customer invoices.
• Communicate and coordinate both domestic and international shipments with shipping companies, forwarders and trucking companies

Specific Skill Requirements:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Ability to lift 10 lbs.
• Must be dependable and able to work independently with little supervision as well as with a team of individuals.
• Working knowledge of all Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, and Bank Reconciliations, as well as thorough understanding of the general ledger

Educational Requirements:

• BS/BA in Accounting, Business, or Finance
