Position: Outside sales
Basic Territory: Atlanta, North & South Carolinas, or Texas 
Working days per week : 5 days (Home office)

Main Duties
-Call on new OEM & Distributor accounts to develop new business and also maintain business and relationship with existing customers in the territory.
-Forecasting sales, giving product presentations, solving problem, quoting, assisting customers and closing sales.

Other duties
-Overnight travel required as needed basis (Average 1-2 times, 3-4 nights per month)
-Inventory once a year at the office/warehouse in New Jersey, Illinoise, California or Texas.
-Trade show operation / handling (set up, attend, etc.)…approx. two to four times per year 
-Periodic (Weekly & Quarterly) Sales reports
-Reginal Sales meeting once a every quarter (Duluth, GA)
-National Sales meeting once a month (Video conference)
-30 days plan

Necessary skills qualifications and experience
-Sales experience (machine parts or bearing experience)
-MS Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
-Friendly Personality
-Good Communication Skills
-Valid Driver’s license (IKO will supply company car, gas, and insurance for sales activity and not to be used for personal travel)
-Punctual 
-Self Motivated
-Well Organized
-Trustworthy
-Bachelor’s Degree
-CRM ( Customer Relationship Management)

Base salary: $65-75K /year depending on his/her skill/experience.
Insentive Program: Twice per year, in June and December..
