Air Import Coordinator – Support Staff

Summary
We are hiring one support staff member for our air import department at the Atlanta airport office. This role involves verifying import documentation, entering essential data into the system, coordinating delivery orders with trucking companies, and managing invoices from vendors and clients. While prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Essential Duties

• Verify air import documents and accurately input data into the company system.
• Coordinate delivery orders post-customs clearance and arrange deliveries with trucking companies.
• Gather invoices from vendors and ensure proper documentation.
• Issue invoices to customers after the completion of deliveries.
• Collaborate with customs brokers and ensure smooth operations for imports.
