Territory Sales Representative

Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow client relationships through route sales of pressure-sensitive paper products. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service. Candidates with experience in the same or related industries are strongly preferred.

Essential Duties

• Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular client visits to assess needs, provide product support, and strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current customer base.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s pressure-sensitive paper products and their applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.
• Prepare and present sales reports, including account performance and revenue forecasts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.

Working Hours, Working Style

• Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM).
• Primarily field-based, with regular client visits within the assigned territory.

• Office Location: Lawrenceville, GA.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in route sales or account management.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Preferred:

• Experience in the paper, printing solutions, or related industries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
• Proven ability to meet sales quotas and grow existing accounts.
