Position
Channel Sales Representative (Industrial Large-Format Inkjet Printer & Cutting Plotter Manufacturer)

Summary
A leading manufacturer of industrial large-format inkjet printers and cutting plotters is seeking a Channel Sales Representative to drive sales growth by developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with designated channel partners. This position will manage the complete product portfolio, working directly with dealers and potential customers across various markets, including sign and graphics, textile, and industrial.

Essential Duties

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management, to meet performance objectives and partner expectations.
• Achieve sales volume and strategic objectives within designated accounts, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Lead joint partner planning processes, establishing mutual objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for productive partnerships.
• Provide dealers with comprehensive sales support, including training, return on investment (ROI) assessments, cost analyses, and application development assistance.

Working Hours, Working Style

• Full-time, with 50-70% travel required, including weekends.
• On-site work with potential for client visits.

Working Location

• Currently based in Suwanee, Georgia, with relocation to Flowery Branch, Georgia, scheduled for February 2025

Salary/Benefits

• Annual salary: $53,000 - $93,000, plus commission based on performance.
• Quarterly commissions with an uncapped structure.
• Mileage and travel reimbursement provided.

Holidays

• Fifteen (15) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) in the first year, increasing annually up to 25 days.
• Ten (10) Company Paid Holidays, plus one (1) Personal Holiday per fiscal year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the wide-format printing industry, specifically in selling inkjet printers and cutting plotters for the sign, graphics, textile, and industrial markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and managing channel programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective at all organizational levels.
