Job Description

Position: Outside Sales
Office Location: Irving, TX
Basic Territory: North Texas, Oklahoma & New Mexico
Working Days per Week: 5 days (Home office)

Main Duties:

  1. Call on new OEM & Distributor accounts to develop new business and maintain relationships with existing customers in the territory.
  2. Forecast sales, give product presentations, solve problems, quote, assist customers, and close sales.

Other Duties:

  1. Overnight travel as needed (Average 1-2 times, 3-4 nights per month).
  2. Inventory once a year at the office/warehouse in New Jersey, Illinois, California, or Texas.
  3. Trade show operation/handling (set up, attend, etc.), approximately two to four times per year.
  4. Periodic (Weekly & Quarterly) sales reports.
  5. Regional sales meeting once every quarter (Irving, TX or other branch locations).
  6. National sales meeting once a month (Video conference).
  7. 30-day planning.

Necessary Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  1. Sales experience (machine parts or bearing experience preferred).
  2. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  3. Friendly personality.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Valid driver’s license (company will supply car, gas, and insurance for sales activities, not for personal travel).
  6. Punctual.
  7. Self-motivated.
  8. Well-organized.
  9. Trustworthy.
  10. Bachelor’s Degree.
  11. Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Base Salary: $65-75K per year, depending on skill and experience.

Incentive Program: Twice per year, in June and December.
