Job Description

Position
Service Technician 
Summary
This position will be required to fly or drive to the customer's site and inform them on how to assemble and maintain the machine and molds.This position also be involved in repair work in case of breakdowns.
Essential Duties
Travel to customer’s site by air or car (Most of the customers are outside of Illinois) 
Assemble machine and mold
Test machines to ensure they are working correctly
Educating the client on how to use and maintain the machine and mold
Perform maintenance and provide customer support
Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair machine
Order parts needed for repairs if needed
Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Answer troubleshooting phone call

Qualifications
​​​​​​​The person who does not be afraid to go to the business trip by air nationwide  
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
High School Degree, additional qualification as a service technician will be a plus
