Sales Representative
Summary
Major accountabilities are generating leads, developing prospects, and supporting existing clients, to attain revenue goals within assigned territory.
Essential Duties
•    Maintain complete customer satisfaction of existing accounts by assisting our customers promptly and professionally.
•    Make outbound sales calls and receive inbound sales calls generating new business and driving existing business.
•    Work with management to develop and implement new marketing strategies.
•    Become a product expert to match our customized products to our customer’s needs.
•    Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
•    Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s global reach.
•    Work with our engineering team to provide accurate quotes to customers.
•    Travel to meet with customers and attend national trade shows.

80k-120k
Commission plan:
Up to 3% for newly developed business
Up to 1% for the initial sale with an existing account established previously.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree.
5 years of sales experience with technical products in a manufacturing setting.
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
Driven, ambitious self-starter who can define and achieve sales goals.
A positive, outgoing personality conducive to maintaining existing customer relationships and building new ones.
The Outside Sales Representative's responsibilities include traveling assigned territories to directly meet with potential and current clients to discuss their requirements, provide product and service demonstrations, negotiate sales contracts, and inform them of new product and service releases and updates.
Proven track record of outside sales experience preferred.
Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Japanese language ability is a plus but not required.
