Job Summary: 

The Business Analyst plays a vital role in leading the implementation of cutting-edge applications for new manufacturing plant startups. In this role, you will pioneer projects, support talented project managers, collaborate with key stakeholders, solve diverse and complex challenges, and work with cutting-edge technology. Essential Functions:

• App modernization/rationalization projects for Manufacturing apps (400+ apps)
• Site app transition from NAMCs (~200 apps)
• Tech uplift project (Windows 2012 servers, etc)
• Support 1TS (ServiceNow) CMDB standardization & update
• Meet customers/stakeholders for the app information gathering
• Document app information in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc)
• Support project management with status tracking & visualization
• Learn our company Production System willingly and value our company culture
• Work in the manufacturing environment and follow the safety standard
• Work in a team with respect

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business with MIS preferred
• Good understanding of Scrum/Agile product delivery
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
• Ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Vehicle manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Preferably close to TMMK, TMMI area 100 miles of Georgetown KY, to be able to visit the plants.
• Travel required
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, Jira is a plus
• AWS experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Japanese preferred
