Job Description

【Position】
Air Import Customer Service （Temp）　

【Essential Duties】
 

  • Customs Clearance Arrangement

    • Coordinating and handling customs procedures for air import cargo.

  • Delivery Arrangement

    • Planning delivery schedules, arranging transportation, and selecting suitable modes of transport.

  • Communication Tasks

    • Interacting with local staff, overseas stakeholders, and customers.

  • Invoice Issuance

    • Preparing and issuing accurate invoices based on transportation costs.

  • Report Creation

    • Preparing and submitting reports on transactions and performance metrics.

  • Quotation Preparation

    • Providing cost estimates for transportation and related services upon customer request.

【Working Hours, Working style】
09:00～17:30 （1H Lunch Break）　
Must be able to commute to the office daily.
