Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Staff member to join our team at a trading company specializing in cutting tools. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
• Handle employee relations, addressing issues and providing conflict resolution as needed.
• Administer employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
• Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.

Working Hours, Working Style:

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour break
• Full-time, onsite role in Dunwoody, Georgia

Working Location:

• Dunwoody, Georgia

Salary/Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $50,000 to $65,000

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Japanese (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates with strong administrative skills will be considered.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
