Senior Sales Account Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Account Manager, based in Schaumburg, IL, with opportunities for some remote work(3 days on-site, 2 days WFH). The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts, fostering lasting relationships, generating leads, and working to meet or exceed sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, developing and executing strategic account plans, conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal teams. The role also involves actively communicating with existing and prospective customers to ensure their needs are fully understood and addressed.
