Job Description

QC Operator
-Temp to Hire Position-

General Accountabilities
•   Maintains quality control testing area.
•   Maintains quality control testing proficiency.
•   Records data into the testing record.
•   Recognizes results out of specification, report detected abnormality
•   Operates various devices and ensure set up and performance on equipment.
•   Checks equipment and inventory supplies needed for QC.
•   Follows work instructions and record forms that are required in QC.
•   Inspects finished product to ensure that product meets all specified customer and Our requirements,
•   Must follow all OSHA safety regulations
•   Must follow all Environmental regulations
•   Must follow all Our rules and regulations
•   Keeps 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seisou, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) and Worksite (Orderly, Clean, efficient and Easy Operation)
•   Attends training courses required by management
•   Participates in Internal ISO activities, safety meeting and other required meetings.
•   Other support to the management as needed.
•   Bi-Yearly/Monthly/Daily Checks
•   Preserves the conformity of product including identification, packaging and storage.
•   Verifies that equipment performance meet specified requirements.
•   Ensures that monitoring and measuring devices are calibrated or performance is verified.

Job Qualifications
●　Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
●　Interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
●　Experience: 3 years of related experience.
●　Continual on the job learning is required.

Skill
●　Computer: Manage in Microsoft Office (Word,, Excel, Power Point)
●　Excellent communicate effectively both written and verbal.
●　Excellent active listener, open to direction and have a collaborative work style.
●　Attention to detail, accurate mathematical skills.
●　Must be punctual in attendance and deadlines.

Working Hours: 8:00-17:00
Location: Duluth, GA
Salary: $20-23/h
