Job Description

1. Basic Activities of the Sales Department:

• Focus on improving sales for existing and new customers, taking responsibility for customer interactions until payment collection.
• Emphasize in-house communication, self-help efforts, and collaboration with other departments to enhance sales.
• Adhere to the company slogan "Walk Together" and conduct sales operations to maintain trust.

2. Basic Business Contents in the Company:

• Prioritize in-house communication through daily greetings.
• Report daily business activities to superiors, including potential financial risks.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Division for inventory management and customer-related tasks.
• Report inquiries and requested items within deadlines, actively participate in company events and exhibitions.

3. Basic Business Contents for Customers:

• Obtain purchase orders, deliver products as per customer requirements, and adhere to internal regulations.
• Respond to customer requests during payment processes, coordinating with other departments.
• Conduct sales activities trusted by customers, actively contribute to sales increase, and build strong customer relationships.
• Obtain superiors' approval during contract exchanges or negotiations to ensure company compliance.
• Actively conduct witness tests for improved customer satisfaction.
• Promptly report and prioritize improvement measures for customer complaints.
• Create sales policies, attend sales meetings, and prepare materials for sales expansion.
• Take appropriate measures upon customer or company requests, meeting deadlines and reporting delays.
• Emphasize customer visits as the basis of sales activities, exercise caution with commercial vehicles, and avoid private use.
• Strictly prohibit information leakage, considering it a criminal act.
