Job Description

Position
Bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Representative

Essential Duties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential wholesale clients.
• Submit and process orders by visiting customers and referencing price lists and product literature.
• Serve customers by selling products and addressing their needs in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, identifying solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely collections.
• Monitor competitor activity by gathering market information on pricing, product launches, delivery schedules, and merchandising practices.
• Identify opportunities for growth and recommend product or policy changes based on customer feedback and market developments.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, including weekly activity updates and monthly/annual performance analyses.
• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Contribute to team success by supporting other departments and participating in cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Working Hours, Working Style
• Monday to Friday 8am to 6PM (1 hour lunch brake)
• Saturday 9am to 12PM
• Expected Hours: 48 hours per week

Salary/Benefit
​​​​​​​$80,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

Qualifications
​​​​​​​• Fluent in Japanese (required)

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
