Position
Project Manager (Construction Management)

Summary
 The Project Manager will oversee full-cycle management of luxury multifamily construction projects—including garden-style, wrap, podium, mid-rise, high-rise apartments, condos, hotels, and industrial buildings—across the U.S. West Coast and Central regions. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, design coordination, procurement, quality assurance, risk mitigation, scheduling, construction oversight, and project close-out.
 The role requires active collaboration with internal stakeholders (executive team, development partners, and department heads) and external parties (contractors, architects, vendors), ensuring progress, resolving issues, and driving project efficiency. Tasks include organizing meetings, providing solutions to avoid delays, reporting on project status, and contributing to both new and existing initiatives. Work is based in Dallas, TX, with occasional domestic travel to project sites.

Essential Duties
Construction Management (50%)

• Lead design reviews, construction schedules, and performance monitoring to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Handle construction-related issues with discretion due to the confidential nature of certain projects.
• Conduct research and analyze public/private development trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in factory/site meetings, audits, and ensure compliance with building standards and codes.

Real Estate Project Support & Documentation (40%)

• Conduct market research and stay up to date with trends in real estate development.
• Maintain organized records: files, agendas, minutes, reports, and project documentation.
• Draft and edit communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support operational reporting and tracking of project deliverables.

Additional Responsibilities (10%)

• Carry out ad-hoc construction management tasks as assigned by the company’s leadership.

Occasional overtime may be required (exempt status)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, architecture, engineering, or urban/regional planning
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, design, or related fields
• Ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with permitting processes and construction contracts
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Procore, BIM 360, etc.
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Willingness to travel domestically a few times per year
