Japanese Bilingual Account Manager

Essential Duties

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers throughout the sales process, from understanding their needs to presenting tailored proposals and detailed reports.

• Project Quotations: Handle inquiries and create project quotes independently and collaboratively with engineering teams.

• Sales and Marketing Support: Support sales and marketing activities by creating and delivering presentations and developing competitive project quotations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and management teams to ensure alignment between solutions and customer requirements.

• Customer Visits: Visit customers to understand their needs, foster relationships, and provide ongoing support.

Working Hours, Working Style

• Standard business hours

• Full-time position with potential for travel to customer sites as needed

Working Location

• Based at the main office with potential travel to customer sites

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or several years of direct experience in the automation sales industry.

• Experience: Proven experience in sales and account management with a strong customer-centric approach.

• Technical Background: Preferred but not required. Passion for working within a technical field is essential.
   
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to travel.
