（Temporary Staff）Administrative Support
Summary
This is a temporary Administrative Support role at a major Japanese logistics company’s Texas branch. The position will support internal document processing and communication between departments, contributing to smooth office operations at a key logistics hub connecting the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

Essential Duties

• Retrieve invoice data from internal systems
• Print, sort, prepare, and mail documents and invoices
• Update data and organize files using Excel and in-house tools
• Assist with scanning, copying, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
• Support interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely workflow
• Help maintain smooth daily operations during a peak season

Office Hours, Working style
Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00 (Lunch Break:1 hour)
