【Position】
 Ocean Import & Export Agent

 
【Essential Duties】

Daily Operation for Ocean Cargo (Import & Export)

a) Billing

b) Payment

c) Account Receivable

d) Delivery Order turnover

Performance

a) Billing operation: Monthly Average 100 Invoices

b) Delivery Order turnover: Monthly Average 70 – 80 D/Os

Supporting of Cargo Partner Ocean business transfer (Import D/O turnover)

Operational Duties include Management & Development of Import business, total of 30 customers 

Following up customers and/or other branches

Supporting to achieve department revenue/profit budget goals

【Qualifications】

 Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience.
• Some knowledge of general and Import/Export Computer application technology desirable
• Some knowledge of international commerce (Incoterms, method, customs regulations etc.) desirable
• Good verbal and written communication Skill

Will work with all levels in the organization.
