Position
Digital Marketing Manager

Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing initiatives with a focus on mobile app development, maintenance, and user engagement. This role ensures all digital platforms—including the company website, apps, and social media—comply with privacy and accessibility regulations (CCPA, CRPA, ADA). The ideal candidate blends creative strategy with technical and regulatory expertise to deliver impactful, compliant marketing aligned with the company’s brand vision.

Essential Duties
• Lead marketing strategy and execution across digital platforms, with a focus on mobile app development, updates, and user engagement.
• Oversee website and app content management, ensuring timely updates and consistent branding.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with CCPA, CRPA, and ADA regulations in collaboration with Legal and IT teams.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects efficiently and within scope. 
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Lead and mentor the Marketing & Design team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Stay current on emerging marketing technologies, privacy laws, and accessibility standards to enhance strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly, and compliant digital experiences.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, IT or similar field required
• Five (5) + years’ of experience in project management
• Five (5) + years’ of experience in marketing
• Proven experience as a project manager or similar role, managing complex marketing projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Basic business management skills
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
